Since opening in Amsterdam in 2015, Teds All Day Brunch has gone from strength to strength! We have attracted devoted lovers of the Brunch philosophy, whether they be locals or tourists. We’ve got big plans for a Netherlands take-over, so we’re looking for like-minded hospitality superstars to share our passion for serving great food and unparalleled guest experiences. 

As a Shift Leader at Teds, you’re not just keeping the ship afloat; you’re steering it towards excellence.

Here’s the lowdown on your shift-shaping responsibilities:

  • Take the helm and inspire the team, infusing every shift with motivation and positivity.
  • Ensure the daily operations run smoothly, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate overall operations, use that eagle eye to notice low stock, open/close standards, and teamwork.
  • Choreograph the operations, ensuring a seamless workflow that keeps guests coming back for more.
  • Elevate the guest experience to new heights, overseeing every detail to ensure excellence.
  • Champion the training and development of your team, helping them reach new heights in their roles.
  • Team up with management to achieve collective goals and exceed expectations.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:

  • Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Bring your passion into creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.
  • Bring dedication to supporting and developing team members, fostering a culture of growth and camaraderie.
  • You must hold at least a year working within hospitality, previous leadership experience is a bonus but not strictly necessary.
