HQ Management Assistant
At Teds, we’re all about creating fans, not just guests. Behind the scenes, that takes structure, clarity, and someone who can keep everything (and everyone) moving in the right direction. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Management Assistant to support our CEO, Michiel, and the wider HQ team – not in a personal assistant way, but on a higher organisational level.
The Role
You’ll be the person who turns ideas into action. Our meetings are full of energy, plans, and big ideas… but someone needs to capture what actually needs to happen next and make sure it does.
Think:
- Translating meeting outcomes into clear action points
- Owning follow-ups and keeping projects on track
- Coordinating company-wide initiatives (like our HQ & Managers Night Away 👀)
- Creating structure across ongoing projects within the Teds universe
- Supporting strategic planning by keeping everything organised and moving
- Supporting with light financial admin (think deposits, tracking costs, internal overviews, not heavy finance work)
You’re not here to manage diaries or book lunch, you’re here to bring clarity, structure, and momentum.
Who are you?
Who You Are
- Highly organised (you probably love a good checklist)
- Strong communicator: clear, direct, and proactive (Dutch and English preferred)
- Able to zoom out (big picture) and zoom in (details) effortlessly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment
- Naturally structured, but flexible when things shift (because they will)
What You Bring
- Experience in a similar organisational/coordination/project support role
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive mindset; you don’t wait, you move
- Strong administrative and planning skills
