Here’s the lowdown on your shift-shaping responsibilities:
- Take the helm and inspire the team, infusing every shift with motivation and positivity.
- Ensure the daily operations run smoothly, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate overall operations, use that eagle eye to notice low stock, open/close standards, and teamwork.
- Choreograph the operations, ensuring a seamless workflow that keeps guests coming back for more.
- Elevate the guest experience to new heights, overseeing every detail to ensure excellence.
- Champion the training and development of your team, helping them reach new heights in their roles.
- Team up with management to achieve collective goals and exceed expectations.
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:
- Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills
- Bring your passion into creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.
- Bring dedication to supporting and developing team members, fostering a culture of growth and camaraderie.
- You must hold at least a year working within hospitality, previous leadership experience is a bonus but not strictly necessary.
