A lot can happen between the hours of 9 to 5! From a delicious eggs benny on a croissant at 10 am to a selection of tempting borrel bites at 3 pm, we do everything except dinner! From a silky smooth cappuccino at 9 am to a refreshing crisp glass of bubbles at 4 pm, Teds has got you covered!

Position Overview: As a Barista at Teds All Day Brunch, you’ll be the heart and soul of our coffee experience, crafting exquisite beverages [from our whole drink’s menu] and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. With a passion for coffee and a commitment to exceptional service, you’ll be instrumental in delivering memorable moments to every guest who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coffee Craftsmanship:
    • Utilise your expertise in coffee preparation techniques to brew top-notch coffee, tea, and craft cocktails that meet Teds’ gold standard.
    • Showcase your creativity and skill in latte art, adding a touch of magic to every cup and delighting guests with visually stunning creations.
    • Hold all knowledge on supplier storytelling (Barista Bible) to be the point of contact for crew and guest inquiries. 
  2. Guest Interaction:
    • Infuse every interaction with a friendly and welcoming vibe, making every guest feel at home and leaving them with a smile.
    • Guide guests through our coffee menu, offering recommendations and personalised suggestions based on their preferences.
  3. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive and cohesive team environment.
    • Support and inspire your teammates, contributing to a culture of authenticity, respect, and camaraderie.
  4. Continuous Improvement:
    • Deepen your passion for coffee by actively seeking out Teds opportunities for learning and development.
