ALL-ROUND SERVICE EMPLOYEE
You’re the radiant face of Teds. From the first warm welcome to the last plate served, you bring the energy that makes guests want to come back again and again.

LOCATION LEADER
You’re the heartbeat of the location. You’ll keep daily operations running like clockwork, build and lead a dream team, and help shape local events and promotions that keep the vibes as fresh as our orange juice.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality
- A natural leader with strong communication skills
- Confident with both operations and finances, from scheduling to performance metrics
- A creative thinker who’s flexible with days and times
KITCHEN LEADER
You’re the chief communicator and quality guardian of the kitchen. Working closely with the Location Leader and the Teds Executive Chef, you’ll make sure every dish leaves the pass looking and tasting just right.
- A skilled cook with a flair for breakfast and a passion for quality
- Calm and organised in a fast-paced kitchen
- Confident with HACCP and keeping the kitchen clean, safe and welcoming
- The bridge between the kitchen and the floor, keeping communication seamless
