ABOUT THE JOB
As the heartbeat of the location, you’ll ensure daily operations run like clockwork. You’ll lead by example, fine-tuning service flows, elevating guest experiences, and turning challenges into opportunities. With our hands-on training programs, you’ll build and nurture a dream team in a positive, inclusive environment, boosted by monthly Roundtables and lively quarterly drinks.
You’ll confidently steer HR tasks like holidays and scheduling, while keeping a sharp eye on reviews and performance metrics via our YourBI Dashboard. Working closely with HQ, you’ll also help dream up local events and promotions that ensure the location’s promotion is as fresh as the orange juice we serve!
Who are you?
- 3+ years experience in a leadership role within the hospitality realm, showcasing your ability to lead with finesse.

Strong leadership and communication skills that make you a director in team dynamics.

Excellent skills in both operational and financial realms, with a knack for turning challenges into victories.
