As the Regional Manager at Teds, you’ll hold the reins of overseeing the overall operations of a cluster of restaurants within your designated geographic region. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering the daily operations towards achieving business objectives, maximising profitability, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your dynamic leadership and hands-on approach will be instrumental in guiding Location Managers, optimising performance, reaching KPIs and aiding in the success of a growing organisation.
Who are you?
- 3+ years in a Location Manager role.
- 6+ years in the Hospitality industry.
- Resilience Champion: Bouncing back from challenges, maintaining focus, and inspiring positivity amidst pressure.
- Relationship Maestro: Cultivating trust, collaboration, and unity among teams and stakeholders.
- Results-Driven Dynamo: Pursuing ambitious yet attainable goals, tracking progress, and adapting for success.
- Drivers licence is required
