Since opening in Amsterdam in 2015, Teds All Day Brunch has gone from strength to strength! We have attracted devoted lovers of the Brunch philosophy, whether they be locals or tourists. We’ve got big plans for a Netherlands take-over, so we’re looking for like-minded hospitality superstars to share our passion for serving great food and unparalleled guest experiences. 

What your role will include:

Operational Mastery

  • Take the reins of day-to-day operations, ensuring the restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Fine-tune operational processes for a seamlessly smooth service that leaves guests raving.

Personnel Prowess

  • Nurture your dream team through Teds strategic hands-on training and development trajectories.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment where team satisfaction thrives, through hosting a monthly Roundtable.
  • Be the captain of the ship, supervising leave/holidays and orchestrating lively quarterly drinks.

Guest Service Guru

  • Elevate guest service to new heights, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
  • Tackle any challenges with finesse, turning complaints into opportunities for improvement.
  • Track those all-important location reviews, showing a sense of pride in the good and a drive to improve at the negatives.

Financial Wizardry

  • Manage the personnel budget with precision to reach monthly KPIs, through our snazzy Financial Dashboard YourBI.

Events Marvel

  • Collaborate with HQ to whip up local events and promotions that make Teds the talk of the town.
  • Ensure the location’s promotion is as fresh as the orange juice we serve!

What We Crave:

  • 3+ years experience in a leadership role within the hospitality realm, showcasing your ability to lead with finesse.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills that make you a director in team dynamics.
  • Excellent skills in both operational and financial realms, with a knack for turning challenges into victories.
  • Bring a creative approach to hospitality, injecting fresh attitudes that set Teds apart.
