Since launching in Amsterdam in 2015, Teds All Day Brunch has been a beloved destination for brunch lovers. With over 32K Instagram followers and a major TikTok presence, we’ve made waves in the social media scene. Beyond this, we’ve also expanded our reach into B2B marketing, handling major events like product launches for L’Oreal. As we continue to grow across the Netherlands, we need someone to bring their logistical and strategic expertise to our marketing efforts.

Your Role: As the All-round Marketeer, you’ll play a crucial part in making sure that our campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. This role is about more than just creativity—it’s about bringing structure and clarity to every marketing initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns with a clear structure, ensuring each has a defined timeline, milestones, and objectives. Your attention to detail will keep the team on track.
  • Logistics and Operations: Coordinate the logistics behind our campaigns, creating structured proposals that outline timelines, touchpoints, and objectives. You’ll work closely with HQ and external stakeholders to ensure every campaign runs like clockwork.
  • Campaign Structure: Develop comprehensive campaign proposals using tools to visualise timelines and ensure all moving parts are in sync, driving efficient and seamless execution.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in project management and logistics (experience in hospitality is a plus!).
  • A strategic thinker who enjoys building organised, well-thought-out plans.
  • An adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the overall objectives.
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week.
