Position Overview:

As the Regional Manager at Teds All Day Brunch, you’ll hold the reins of overseeing the overall operations of a cluster of restaurants within your designated geographic region. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering the daily operations towards achieving business objectives, maximising profitability, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your dynamic leadership and hands-on approach will be instrumental in guiding Location Managers, optimising performance, reaching KPIs and aiding in the success of a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations:

  • Execute strategic plans in alignment with company objectives and market dynamics, overseen by the Operations Director.
  • Provide guidance and support to Location Managers, setting performance objectives and optimising operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Team Management and Development:

  • Collaborate in identifying recruitment and training needs across locations.
  • Assist Location Managers in conducting regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to said Location Manager for enhanced performance and personal development.
  • Ensure that guest satisfaction in all locations (under your geographic area) is high by monitoring the Toppie reports [online reviews per location].
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to empower management staff in achieving business objectives.

Financial Management:

  • Manage overall budgets, analyse financial performance, and prepare accurate operations and financial reports to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence, through the platform YourBI.
  • Provide support and tools to Location Managers to meet financial targets effectively.

Stakeholder Relations:

  • Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving escalated issues and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage relations with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to uphold quality and safety standards.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years in a Location Manager role.
  • 6+ years in the Horeca industry.

  • Drivers licence is required
