We understand that the staff party raises a lot of questions. That’s why we’ve put together the most frequently asked questions for you!
WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
Get ready to set sail with the ultimate Suppercruise in Amsterdam for our 2024 Summer Staff Party!
Everything is planned down to the finest details – thanks to Emma, our super badass event manager – think extra, out of the box, glitter & glamour. It’s going to be a night to remember, so grab those party pants because we’ll be hitting the dance floor in full disco mode! Drinks and snacks are all included, and we’re going to create epic memories. So, let loose and prepare for an unforgettable night of fun, music, and good vibes!
FOLLOW THE CALL OF THE DISCOBALL
WHERE DO I NEED TO BE AND AT WHAT TIME?
The pick-up spot is just a short 5 minute walk from Central Station. The boat will dock next to the ferry, where we’ll all gather at 18:30 before boarding.
WHERE: Amsterdam Central Station
TIME: 18.30 – 23.00
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure not to arrive late! All our Teds locations will be closed or close early on this day, giving you plenty of time to put on your glittery outfits and freshen up.

HOW CAN I GET MYSELF ON THE GUEST LIST?
Add yourself to the guest list via the Teds Community WhatsApp group.
Go to WhatsApp – groups – choose Teds community – and press ‘YES,’ I’m in.
WILL TRAVEL EXPENSES BE COVERED?
Travel expenses will be covered. Food and drinks on the boat will also be provided. You only need to put on your party pants.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code is all about chic with a twist! Think glitter, think glamour – but with a breezy summer vibe. But most importantly, wear whatever makes you feel fabulous, the goal is to feel your best while shining bright.

WHO ARE YOU BRINGING?
Your coolest Teds colleagues, of course! Get ready for a party with like-minded, awesome people with that Teds vibe – just like you. Please note, it’s a staff-only event, so bringing guests from outside the Teds team to our annual staff party isn’t allowed. Let’s keep it in the family and make it a night to remember!
UNDER 18? NO ALCOHOL FOR YOU!
We love a good boozy party, but let’s keep it classy! While drinks are flowing, excessive drinking and disruptive behavior are off the menu. Let’s make it a celebration, not a commotion!
And just a heads up: if you’ve had one too many, we’ll kindly pass on serving you another drink. Cheers to a good time, responsibly!
